Pilates Equipment

THE PILATES EQUIPMENT CIRCUIT CLASS IS BACK!!!

The studio has Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Ladder Barrel. With its system of pulleys and springs, handles and straps, the apparatus can provide either resistance or support, depending on your needs.

Class Descriptions

Induction to Pilates Mixed Equipment

This class incorporates the use of the large Pilates equipment – Reformer/Cadillac/Wunda Chair/Ladder Barrel /Spine Corrector.

You will need to have attended mat classes or have an understanding of Pilates before joining this class.

Pilates Mixed Equipment Circuit Class

This class incorporates the use of the large Pilates equipment – Reformer/Cadillac/Wunda Chair/Ladder Barrel /Spine Corrector.

You will need to have attended mat classes are have an understanding of Pilates and have attended the “Induction to Equipment” session before joining this class.
