Private/Duet Pilates sessions take place in the studio at a time which suits you.

Private tuition might be for you if:

  • you want to get a head start while waiting for a place in a beginners group,
  • you have particular postural imbalances,
  • you want to progress rapidly,
  • you are pregnant or just had a baby, or it suits your learning style.

Sessions will be styled around your individual needs. Postural analysis will be given to form the basis of your programme. Pilates movements will be given to help balance your muscles between strength and flexibility allowing your frame to move towards a better posture. We will use a mixture of mat and equipment exercises to suit your needs.

Ante/Postnatal One to One Pilates

As long as there are no complications, ante-natal Pilates sessions can start from your 12 week scan right up until the birth. Pilates movements will be modified as your pregnancy progresses. Post-natal sessions can begin again from your 6-week check.
